Our widely well-received device-free and app-free translation service SmaLingual is now in its third iteration. This generational update introduces significantly improved response times, increased translation quality, reverse translation function (the translated sentence is re-translated to the original language for verification purposes), multi-directional translation (all supported languages can be translated to and from; having Japanese in the mix is no longer necessary), direct and secure connection via QR code scan, improvements to the dictionary registration function, and more. The use of SmaLingual is expanding with its adoption by Tully’s, renowned for its delicious coffee, to accommodate the increasing number of foreign tourists in Japan. Our distributors are also expanding our clientele to include hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, government agencies, and medical facilities.
