With WorkMap, a huge database of contacts (including information on fire department officials, police chiefs, state legislators, etc. in each region) is linked to various programs and events.

There is a table for “Communication Events” (e.g. monthly newsletters) and a table for “Community Resources” associated with the contact address reports, allowing to keep track of exactly which members of the Red Cross network are involved in each program. Also, by storing contacts in WorkMap, contact information can easily be addws or modified using web forms, giving all members of the team access to a huge list of contact information.

WorkMap is used to store information about home health care visits, and to manage and schedule employee tasks.
Using a web form, information about a patient can be entered on the go, and a table called “Notes” can be linkd to it, allowing nurses to keep an archive of all notes related to each patient.
Information such as the date the memo was created and was last updated, and which user created or updated it will also be saved. Patient information is centralized, and new information is always recorded about which nurse is working on which patient, which improves work efficiency.
